I am a lawyer specialized in intellectual and industrial property. In 2017 I founded bamboo.legalafter obtaining the qualification of Official Industrial Property Agent.

My core values are commitment, integrity, transparency, order, effort, technical rigor and long-term thinking.

I believe that everything good in life is slow-cooked and that you have to trust the processes before thinking about the results.

In my personal relationship with my clients, I try to prioritize closeness, empathy, kindness and understanding; qualities that have led me to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships over the years.

As far as the technical side of our profession is concerned, I try to look for practical and realistic legal solutions, knowing that, although it is sometimes advisable to "think outside the box", it is also necessary to do things with our feet on the ground, being aware of the possibilities, risks and costs that the recommended strategy implies.

I chose to specialize in intellectual property to help protect the creations and developments that move the world forward. I am convinced that absolutely every company, from a multinational to a sole proprietorship, has intangible assets that deserve protection (trademarks, designs, inventions...). The problem is that, on many occasions, legal advice is left aside and arrives late.

My professional mission is to make companies see that intellectual property is important from the beginning. That they cannot put a name to a product and launch it to the market without having studied its legal viability beforehand. That they should not make their idea public without first assessing its patentability. And that lawyers are not the enemy. That lawyers of integrity are there to give preventive advice rather than to heal the wounds that have already been opened.
