I began my career in the world of law more than 20 years ago from a more general approach, but I gradually moved towards the world of industrial and intellectual property, where I have been for more than 15 years. I think it is important that we value, as a country, our creative and inventive capacity, because we are not aware of our potential and the wealth that this implies.

I advocate seriousness, responsibility, clarity, integrity, empathy, closeness and honesty at work.

Personally, I believe it is essential to create a comfortable and trusting environment with our clients, where they can feel understood and supported, in order to discuss all possible pros and cons of their problem and try to find the best solution.
I have a clear vocation for mediation, that is to say, I try to find the best possible solution for the resolution of the problem with the least possible impact on the client, which I transfer to all the matters I handle.

I am a firm believer that training and prevention are key tools to avoid problems. We should not wait for them to happen, but anticipate them. Those who look ahead always see a clearer horizon.
